Blizzard released an official post today detailing all of the changes coming to World of Warcraft with the Shadowlands Pre-Patch. There are a number of changes, most notably to leveling with the upcoming level squish. There are also changes to Recruit A Friend and Allied Race unlocks incoming as well.
