Where Is the Auction House in Oribos?

After wandering around in the Shadowlands, you’ve likely picked up some stuff you’d like to list on the auction house. You hearthstone back to Oribos and realize, “Wait, where is the auction house in Oribos?”

Unfortunately, there is no auction house in Oribos unless your character is an engineer. If you aren’t an engineer, you’ll have to travel back to Stormwind or Orgrimmar to sell your items, or you’ll need to hope that there is someone with a Mighty Caravan Brutosaur mount up.

Engineering Auction House in Oribos

If your character is an engineer, you do have access to an auction house in Oribos. The Oribos engineering auction house, the Photonic Gearhaggle, is located at the coordinates 38.32, 43.82 in the Hall of Shapes on Oribos’ main floor, the Ring of Fates. You’ll find the Photonic Gearhaggle right next to the Shadowlands engineering trainer.

Players who aren’t engineers will still be able to see the Photonic Gearhaggle, but when you speak to them, instead of providing auction house access, they will inform you that their “services as an auctioneer are only available to those with skill in engineering.”

Mighty Caravan Brutosaur Auction House Mount (Long Boi) Next to Mailbox

Often, players who have the Mighty Caravan Brutosaur auction house mount — affectionately known by the player base at the Long Boi — will park their mount next to the mailbox in Oribos. If someone has their Long Boi there, all players in the area are able to use the auctioneer riding on it to access the auction house. There are often one or more Long Bois parked there if you’re on during peak play hours, so it’s worth checking there first before traveling all the way back to Stormwind or Orgrimmar.
