You must speak to 4 members of Wrathion’s forces:
- Fao the Relentless is at 42.42, 66.20. Once you speak to him, click on the documents on the table in the tent behind him.
- Archivist Edres is at 43.74, 67.25. Wait for the NPC to finish speaking.
- Talonstalker Kavia is at 42.29, 69.29. Once you speak to her, click the Scouting Scope and view the cutscene.
- Forgemaster Bazentus is at 42.80, 66.84.
Once you have spoken to all 4 members of Wrathion’s forces, return to Wrathion to complete the quest.
