Wrathion asks you to test the skills of 8 of his Blacktalon forces. You can speak to Blacktalon assassins or Blacktalon avengers to test their combat skills by selecting the dialogue option. Once you have defeated a total of 8 Blacktalon members, return to Wrathion to complete the quest.
