Gemisath asks that you join them for their audience with the Khanam Matra. Speak to Khasguard Akato at 60.30, 37.90 at the top of the central building in Maruukai and select the quest dialog option to start the cutscene. Speak to Khansguard Akato again after the cutscene to complete the quest.
