Proto-Fight Quest Guide
Commander Lethanak hands you a spear and orders you to take down 3 of the attacking proto-dragons. Target a proto-dragon in the quest area, use the Ruby Spear quest item on it to weaken it (while this is optional, it can be difficult to kill the proto-dragons without using it), and then kill it. Once you’ve killed three of them, speak to Majordomo Selistra at 53.69, 80.21.

Proto-Fight is started by speaking to Commander Lethanak at 59.41, 75.87 after completing Basalt Assault.
