    Primal Power Quest Guide

    Kalecgos asks you to use the Elemental Focus to drain energy from the Primalists. To do this, defeat a Primalist enemy in the area and then use the Elemental Focus to drain the energy from the body to fill the meter. This will require a relatively large number of enemies. When you’ve filled the meter, speak to Khadgar at 76.94, 39.43 to complete the quest.
