Practice Materials Quest Guide
Thaelin Darkanvil asks that you collect 15 Primal Proto-Whelp scales as practice material for him and his fellow artisans. You can collect these by killing Primal Proto-Whelps and looting them while you’re rescuing explorers for the Explorer’s in Peril Quest. Once you’ve collected them, turn the quest in with Thaelin, who has now relocated to the Wingrest Embassy at 76.50, 34.33.
