Killjoy Quest Guide
Wrathion tells you to kill the Djaradin leader, Meatgrinder Sotok, located at 63.03, 29.52 in Scalecracker Keep. Once you have killed her, be sure to loot the body, as she is guaranteed to drop the Qalashi Plans item that grants the main story quest, “The Obsidian Citadel.” You can turn the quest in with Wrathion at 62.64, 33.12 on top of the tower.
