Lord Andestrasz recommends you speak to Lithragosa to learn more about Dragonriding. First Collect the Dragon Glyph at 74.33, 57.65 by flying through it and then speak to Lithragosa at 74.55, 56.96. Once you’ve done that, head over to Celormu at 73.25, 52.08 and speak to him. You can then return to Lord Andestrasz to complete the quest.
