Chasing the Wind Quest Guide
Khanam Matra Sarest asks you to listen to Scout Tomul’s report. Once you accept the quest, Scout Tomul will enter and deliver her report to the khans. Speak to the Khanam Matra again and select the quest dialog option. You can then either head outside to ride Taivan the giant bakar to the quest location, or fly there on your dragon.
To ride Taivan, speak to him and then select the quest dialog option. While you ride Taivan, the Khanam Matra will give you a history lesson on the Horn of Drusahl.
If you select to ride your dragon instead, head to 73.00, 40.57.
Once you reach your destination, speak to Khanam Matra Sarest to complete the quest.
