Wrathion asks that you speak to his Black Talon agents that have infiltrated the djaradin camp to see what they have learned.
- Right is located at 65.10, 29.36.
- Left is located at 63.44, 28.87.
- Talonstalker Kavia is located at 63.04, 33.37 next to the tower.
Once you’ve spoken to all three, you can complete the quest by speaking to Wrathion at 62.64, 33.12 on top of the tower.
