In a blue post today, Blizzard announced that they would be nerfing the Leaden Foot and Split Personality madnesses in Horrific Visions. Leaden Foot will now have its movement speed debuff capped at 50% instead of 90%. Split Personality will now spawn for five seconds and its disoriented effect has been halved to two seconds.
